We are hiring experienced professionals across multiple specializations: Customer Success, Billing, Salesforce Engineering (Junior–Senior–Mid), Full Stack .NET Development, Learning & Development (Specialist & Manager). Hiring Roles

Customer Success Consultant

  • 2–3 years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven ability to boost adoption, retention, and customer sentiment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience in tech or media industries

Billing Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 2+ years in billing, finance, or administrative operations
  • Strong CRM and billing software experience (HubSpot required; NetSuite preferred)

Junior Salesforce Engineer

  • 1–3 years in Salesforce development
  • Strong Apex, LWC/Aura, integrations, and CI/CD exposure
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and AWS workloads
  • CPQ experience is a plus

Mid Salesforce Engineer

  • 3–5+ years in complex Salesforce solutions
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC/Aura, integrations, async processes, and security
  • CI/CD and automation proficiency

Senior Salesforce Engineer

  • 5–7+ years in Salesforce engineering with leadership or staff-level experience
  • Deep multi-cloud, integration, CI/CD, and architectural expertise
  • Experience mentoring engineers
  • Certifications (Salesforce/AWS) highly regarded

Full Stack .NET Developer

  • 3–5 years software engineering experience
  • Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Angular, JavaScript, SQL Server
  • Experience building/consuming RESTful APIs

Learning & Development Specialist

  • 1–3 years in L&D and instructional design
  • Proficiency in Articulate, PowerPoint, and LMS administration (Docebo preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ADDIE, AGES, and adult learning principles
  • Ability to work AEST/AEDT schedules

Learning & Development Manager

  • 4+ years L&D experience
  • Proven training design and facilitation skills
  • Strong experience with LMS, e-learning tools, and virtual training
  • AU experience a plus
